Morgan Horses By Rayen Zhou
Introduction I am an Morgan horse. I can run fast. I am the most important American breed. I look nice but I can fight fiercely. I have long brown hair down my back.
Physical Appearance HI, I am a Morgan horse. I am big and brown. I can run very fast. I can jump very high. I can run miles without to stopping. I can weigh up to 1,000 pounds! My hoof grows about 1 cm a month. I have 18 tail vertebrae. That is why I can swish my tail. I have eyes on the side of my head so I can see what is on the side.
Habitat I live anywhere where people will buy me. I cost a lot of money. I cost about 9,000 dollars.
Birth and Babies I give birth to live young. When a baby grows up it will live on its own. My baby is called a calf. Lions and other predators try to eat my calf. But I protect my calf from predators.
Food and Hunting I do not hunt. But I do eat hay and dry grass. Yum. When I am tamed I eat hay. When I am wild I eat dry grass. I Have a small stomach so I can not eat a lot.
Survival and Adaptations I run always from predators or kick my predators. I can run so fast that they will not catch me. Lions and tigers will eat me if they can catch me.
