2 Animal Facts Diet Description
The golden lion tamarin’s colors are gold, orange, black and brown. It is eighteen to twenty five inches long. It’s weight is seventeen to twenty five pounds. It’s skin has lots of fur and it’s head is a golden color. Diet The golden lion tamarin is an omnivore. It eats fruit, insects, tree gum, mammals, reptiles and flowers. Movement The golden lion tamarin moves by running, climbing and swinging in trees. 4 Life Cycle The golden lion tamarin has live birth. It also has two babies at a time. When the babies are born the dad will take care of them until they are five weeks old. The babies look golden, small and have a long tail. A picture of the animal as a baby or young. The adult golden lion tamarin looks golden, big and has a long tail.
