MyFloridaMarketPlace Utilization Update We continue to see improvements in MFMP utilization. – As expected, we saw improvement on the November 15 scorecard in the receiving metric. – We have wrapped up utilization efforts with Phase 2 agencies and have focused on Phase 3 agencies. – We continue to see improvement in the eQuote metric with more agencies moving to green and yellow. 4

MyFloridaMarketPlace eQuote Focus Group Action Items Update In July and August we met with a group of agency customers to discuss what we could do to improve the rollout of eQuote. An action plan was developed including: – Sending targeted communications to vendors who have received a PO with the MOP B, F or 16 in the last two fiscal years – Developing reports on vendors who have participated in Sourcing events; vendors who received a PO with MOP B, F or 16; and eQuote activity by agency – Implementing four system enhancements – Enhancing our Buyer eQuote training to include more hands-on trainings and developing more complex practical exercises related to services – Developing an eQuote job aid that would include screen shots on how to create an eQuote 7

Professional Development – Florida Certified Contract Negotiator Renewal Classes 8 Florida Certified Contract Negotiator Renewal Class Dates: December 4-5, 2013 January 15-16, 2014 February 2014 (date to be determined) These professional development dates are only being extended to those people whose certification is due to expire between now and December People who do not complete the renewal contract negotiator course at one of these sessions will not have another opportunity to complete the training required to apply for recertification and will have their certifications expire. Please note, anyone who does not accept this opportunity may be subject to completing new/revised certification and professional development requirements when they are released in 2014.

Professional Development – Needs Assessment The Department of Management Services, Division of State Purchasing, is currently developing the Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) course and is revising/enhancing the Florida Certified Contract Negotiator (FCCN) course. A needs assessment survey was issued on November 8, 2013, to all state agencies asking them to identify the employees within their agency designated as grant or contract managers and contract negotiators. Professional Development – Florida Certified Contract Manager 10 Certifications expiring on or before: Certification extended to: Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) December 31, 2014June 30, 2015 Effective November 21, 2013: Anyone who does not complete the appropriate renewal courses and meet all other requirements for recertification prior to their new certification expiration date will have their certifications expire. Once expired, employees will be required to complete the newly developed initial course and reapply for certification.
