4 Mobile Communication Services (MCS) Pilot project began October 10, 2013. Will run for two weeks. Announcements to go out week of October 23, 2013. Anticipated in-production date is October 30, 2013. Training will be provided at purchasing director’s convenience. 4

9 MyFloridaMarketPlace Utilization Update We continue to see improvements in MFMP utilization. – As expected, we saw improvement on the September 15 scorecard in the receiving metric. – We are working with Phase 2 agencies to wrap up our utilization efforts and are focusing on Phase 3 agencies. – Phase 3 “train-the-trainer” session will be held in November. Look for upcoming registration information. 9

10 MyFloridaMarketPlace CR 154: Sourcing to Buyer Integration UAT has been scheduled and we are on track for implementation at the end of October. A webinar will be conducted on October 29 for users who have previously attended eQuote training. We plan to conduct another webinar in November. Current eQuote training includes information on this change. Highlights of this change include: – Customers can create eQuotes from requisitions. – Once the eQuote is awarded in Sourcing, award information (such as description, price and vendor) will update the requisition. – Customers will no longer need to maintain a separate password for Sourcing. Access to Sourcing will be synchronized with Buyer twice daily like Analysis. – Agency system administrators will have the ability to assign the “Sourcing” or “Sourcing eQuote” group to customers using the User Maintenance eForm in Buyer. 10

11 MyFloridaMarketPlace CR 155: Commodity Code Restructuring We continue to work toward our implementation date at the end of this fiscal year. MFMP team is in the process of creating a crosswalk of current Florida commodity codes and UNSPSC codes to: – Convert commodity code selections on vendor registrations in VIP. – Update commodity codes on requisitions queued for July 1, 2014. – Coordinate changes with vendors to update MFMP catalogs. The MFMP team will be working with agencies on approval flow changes starting in January 2014. 11

12 Governance and Training Training Update Needs Assessment for Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) and Florida Certified Contract Negotiator (FCCN) — The purpose of the assessment is to determine the number of contract and grant managers that will need training and to update existing files regarding existing FCCMs and FCCNs. The survey is currently being developed and will be released this month. Responses will be due in December. 12

13 IT/Telecom Bureau Solicitations Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software ITB – Solicitation under review. Working to have new contract in place by February 2014. ―Customer survey conducted in April 2013 Network Infrastructure – Focus group continues to work on specifications for ITB.
