7 7 Team 1 – Transportation & Energy P-Card Services ―ITN: Evaluation team promoted both respondents to negotiations. Sessions begin next week. Current schedule lists award announcement in November. Fuel Card Services ―Agency training on September 14. ―Training for DOT and local governments September 16-17 in Orlando. ―Will continue to meet with agencies weekly as long as necessary. Medium & Heavy Trucks ―Current contract expires September 30. ―DMS Fleet is finalizing evaluation of bid responses and we intend to post award on September 21. ―Short term renewal is not likely, so please plan any immediate needs accordingly. 8 8 Team 2 – Institutional Furnishings & Supplies Office Furniture STC ―Expires in March 2011. Solicitation is in development. ―Looking for agency feedback: o Brenda Wells will be reaching out to our high volume agency customers as part of the new contract development process. o Please contact Brenda if you have suggestions to share, or if you would like to participate in our customer advisory group. 9 9 Team 3 – MRO & Law Enforcement Batteries STC ―Reminder: this contract will expire February 13, 2011. We will not re-solicit this contract. Tools ―STC: renewed through January 29, 2011. ―ITB: new contract award is under protest. Ammunition & Officers’ Equipment STC ―In process to renew both contract lots for one year, through September 2011. MRO ―Current WSCA agreement is scheduled to expire on November 30. WSCA is working to extend this agreement until January – we plan to mirror their extension. ―We are exploring other ACS opportunities, just in case. ―Current WSCA agreement is a single award to Grainger; the new solicitation anticipates a multiple award. 15 Bureau of Services, Supplies, Insurance, and Special Programs Team 7 – SPAs and Special Projects Medical and Dental Supplies RFP: –Intent to Award posted September 13, 2010 to the following: o Medical Supplies: Brinson Hospital Supplies, Henry Schein, and Physicians Sales and Services o Dental Supplies: Henry Schein and Patterson Dental State Term Contracts under review during the next six months: –Lab and Safety Supplies and Equipment – expires April 30, 2012 –Paper: Tissues and Towels – expires July 31, 2011 –Recycling Services: End of Life Electronics Equipment – expires July 21, 2011 Other agreements under review during the next six months: –Recycling Services, Spent Lamps, End of Life Ballasts and Batteries (SPA) – expires January 7, 2011 –Defibrillators, Related Equipment & Supplies (ACS) – expires December 31, 2010 –We will seek agency feedback in solicitation development. 15

17 MFMP Buyer 3.0 Upgrade Timeline Buyer upgrade planning & assessment has started Features & functionality of MFMP 3.0 coming Fall 2010 Development will start this month with a "code freeze" We will not make changes to the current system beginning late Fall 2010 System testing will begin in the Spring 2011 User acceptance testing (UAT) and training activities will take place Summer 2011 Go-live is currently targeted for early September 2011 17

18 Vendor Bid System (VBS)/ SPURSView Upgrade We divided this upgrade into four releases: ―Release One: Buyer design team will review prior to implementation. ―Release One will be implemented Fall 2010 VBS/SPURSView enhancements include: ―Updating search filters in both VBS and SPURSView ―Update the look and feel to be similar to the Vendor Information Portal (VIP) ―Ability to create a ‘master advertisement’ that you can post to in stages http://dms.MyFlorida.com/mfmp_upgrades 18

19 DFS will require a new W-9 on file for all vendors by late 2011. All MFMP vendors with no activity will be deleted beginning November 2010. ―To be deleted from MFMP the vendor will have to meet four criteria over the past two fiscal years: (1) they will have to have had no POs in MFMP ; (2) no payments in FLAIR; (3) not accessed their VIP account; and (4) no bids in Sourcing. Vendors can re-register at any time. ― If a vendor is deleted and does want to do business with the state, they can re-register at any time in VIP in a matter of a few minutes. 19 Vendor Cleanup Activity
