Participants Women on the maternity leave with potential to get employed

Region strong division of the gender roles, strong gender prejudices high rate of unemployment caused by lack of working opportunities

Goals increase potential and abilities to find employment increase motivation of participants to reeducate themselves and support their effort to find the job

Preliminary concept of the program increase self-reflection of participants, realization of their potential and strengths attractive for labor market training of skills - presentation increase of the motivation

Program content training of the communication and presentation skills stage fright management self-reflection – strengths, opportunities for further development preparation for applying for a job – contacting employee, preparation for a job interview
