2 Continuous training and development is the key to business success
Training is not an expense. It is an investment that contributes to the development of individuals, to greater employee productivity and overall company success. In the contemporary business environment, a successful company acknowledges the value of its employees and strives to maximize their potential in order to gaining competitive edge.

3 Training and development of employees can be seen as a key instrument of proactive and adaptive action modern company in relation to the existing environment and one of the essential elements for the formation of a general strategy for the development of each company. School knowledge, by its nature, is not enough to be successfully employed to respond to the demands of modern modes and especially not enough for adaptation to constantly new and emerging demands of the modern market.

4 Planning education Process involves a series of activities
1. establishing business and organizational needs of the company, 2. establish budget for education employees, 3. securing approvals within the company (determining who will all benefit from the training, why, when and how they will benefit), 4. planning of training and training, their implementation, 5. to evaluation and feedback regarding any corrections planned training. Development can be directed to the development of individuals. Development planning is especially important for those companies that their strength is based on the knowledge and skills of employees.
