Presidency Set up Requirement O Will hold office for four years O The president shall appoint a number of senators and representatives. O Must be a natural born citizen of United State of America. O Be a resident for 14 years in the U.S.A. O As well as be 35 year old

Natural born John McCain Mr. McCain’s birth place was in the Panama Canal Zone in Both of his parents were Navy officers at the Mrs. McCain was pregnant with him. If the vice president want to be the president like he hope. Easily he could find way to kill the president so later he would be appointed.  Later, it was superseded by the 12 th amendment

Example of Tie O In 1800, as previously noted, the Democratic- Republican Electors gave both Thomas Jefferson and Aaron Burr and equal number of electoral votes. The tie, settled in Jefferson's favor by the House of Representatives in accordance with the original design of the Electoral College system, prompted the 12 th Amendment which effectively prevented this sort of thing from ever happening again.
