Sticks and Stones Can Break Your Bones YYour bones are like the framework of a building. Without a framework, the building would collapse. WWithout bones you would not be able to walk, run or stand. AAs our bodies develop in the womb, our bones are made of soft, flexible material called cartilage witch is in your nose and ears.

Muscles Muscles Muscles Oh My! TThere are about 206 muscles in your body. WWith out muscles you could not complete your every day life.

Bone Healthy Meals TTo make your bones healthy you need good foods like carrots, tomatoes and fruits. You also need to eat meat. You need water and milk. Milk has calcium which makes your bones and teeth strong.

 At any time you can get a pain in your leg. It is called a growing pain. It happens mostly in your joint.  The joint is where 2 bones meet.  All joints are coated with a special fluid.  There are two types of joint.
