Magnitude of the Problem ! 10/26/20154 Worldwide, accidental injury kills more than 2,000 children each and every day. 75 – 90 % of these tragedies could be avoided through better safety awareness and prevention.

Basically because they are too young; mentally and physically to take care of their own safety. Also, they cannot understand danger due to lack of insight. They can understand only short crisp instructions. For e.g. ‘STOP’ or ‘NO’. Long Instructions not comprehendible. Children suffer from tunnel vision. They have a poor judgment of speed, distance and timing. 10/26/20155

Home & Backyard Poisoning Choking Hazards Water Bodies Road, Traffic and Vehicles Games They Play Into the Wild & Burns 10/26/20156
