Vision To enhance the quality of life for disadvantage children of Fiji by facilitating and nurturing their educational journey…

Mission To sustain a transparent bond between disadvantaged children of Fiji and their sponsors, with dedicated focus on the children and their education.

The Chosen Angels  Dilkusha Girls Home is an orphanage for girls, situated on the Dilkusha Missionary Hill, Nausori, Fiji.  The home opened in the year 1904 and celebrated it’s Centennial year in  Currently there are 11 girls, age’s who need sponsorship for secondary education.  We believe that the girls in the orphanage require our support and encouragement to excel as they have limited or no financial stability to embark on their future. 4

Sponsorship Eligibility  Factors that will determine if a child is suitable to receive the educational sponsorship: First and foremost:  Initiative  Motivation  Severity of hardship Secondly:  Current educational performance  Orphanage Directors recommendation 6

Sponsorship  Annual educational sponsorship will be provided to the nominated child.  The funds will vary between $300-$500 depending on the year or level of education.  Funds will be employed to provide payment for: School feesPrescribed textbook School uniforms School shoes School bagsStationary  Sponsorship funds will be collected annually by 30 November.  Sponsors have the option to discontinue their sponsorship. We request that the organisation be informed immediately, no later then 30 June of each current year. 7

Short-term Goals  To obtain at least 10 sponsorships to initiate the launch of the mission.  To provide at least 10 children from Dilkusha Girls Home with full sponsorship for their primary or secondary education for 2013 and beyond. 8

Why will You support the “Forgotten Angels Fund” ?  100% of the donation will be invested into the child's education.  There are No administration fees.  Annual sponsorship payment.  Ability to correspond with the sponsored child.  Ability to request a visit with the sponsored child.  Sponsor will receive:  Profile of the sponsored child including a photo and educational history  Annual educational progress report  Annual financial activity statement 9
