6. RTAS Terms and Conditions : For all assignments charges would be as per the rates mentioned below for the resources recruited for the year 2011. Placement Fee ( % of Annual CTC ) 1. 0-7 years8.33 % 2. 7 years and above10.33 % The Annual CTC of the candidate would include the following components: Basic, HRA, LTA, Medical, Fixed Allowances, Retrials, and Perquisites as valued and any other assured sum. Payment is to be made by you within 30 days of the appointment of the candidate. Payment is to be made by an A/C Payee cheque or by Demand draft. In the event of the candidate leaving the employment of the client organization within 90 days, then we undertake to replace the candidate free of charge in full at client option, provided we are informed within 90 days.. A copy of the Appointment letter issued to the candidate can be forwarded to us after the appointment that helps us to find details of the salary package being offered for the purpose of billing.
