STUDENT SAMPLES

Confidence is a strong quality needed by a good leader to be successful. Having confidence shows the people he is leading he knows what he is doing and trusts himself. By showing the people you know what you are doing and have trust in yourself they will begin to trust him. Also, confidence shows that a leader will not be swayed in his decisions. A good leader having the confidence to stick with his original decision shows that he believes what he is doing will work and will not be swayed by what others think is correct. Having confidence gives a good leader the strength to speak to the ones he is leading. Confidence is important for a good leader because in order to lead properly a leader must be able to clearly say what he wants everyone to do. These are some reasons that it is important for a good leader to have confidence.
