Introduction WOODlife Flooring: Dutch owned, production in Lithuania Oak, ash, douglas and elm engineered flooring Standard thickness: 16 and 21 mm Top layer: 4+ and 6+ mm Widths: from 180 up to 300 mm 4 grades in oak Patterns Custom work for projects Top quality Suitable over UFH

1. Product specifications  Top layer: 4+ or 6+ mm oak, ash and douglas  Bottom layer: 12 or 15 mm exterior Russian birch plywood  Lengths: each package 3 x 2400 mm + 2 x 1200 mm, or 4 x 2400 mm, or 4 x 2200 mm, or 4 x 2000 mm  300 mm width: mm  Standard widths: 180 / 200 / 220 / 260 / 300 mm  Gradings (oak): Select, Nature, Rustic, Robust  Open defects optimized before filling  Moisture content: 9 +/- 1 %  4 sides T&G  Micro bevel or square edged

2. Details profiling Top layer Bottom: exterior Russian birch plywood Space for glue 1 mm for splinters/dust/glue Rounded tongue for easy fitting during glue down method

3. Difference to similar products  Top layers are cut fresh vs splitting KD boards > minimized risk on cracks to occur  Top layers fresh: 9 and 7 mm  After kiln drying top layers are pre-planed on 2 sides > even surface, free of tension, ideal surface for the glue to attach to > risks on delamination reduced to the absolute minimum  Plywood sheets are individually put on stickers and dried/acclimatized

Conventional methodWOODlife’s method Top layers cut from KD boards to app 5.7 to 6.0 mm Top layers are freshly cut straight from the log to 7 and 9 mm, dipped in wax, put on stickers and slowly dried Top layers only calibrated to widthTop layers then calibrated to thickness to 7.0 and 5.0 mm (planed on two sides) and to width Result: top layer with tension, rough surface, hair cracks Result: straight top layers, free of tension, no hair cracks Gluing of rough, often bent top layers leads to risks on delamination (hollow spaces) Perfect bonding of the top layer to the plywood: no delamination! Plywood often processed directPlywood sheets individually put on stickers and dried/acclimatized Top layer on final product often mm Top layer on final product mm

6 Rubio Monocoat Flamaway System The European fire regulations on wooden flooring are described in norm EN (the Euroclasses). WOODlife’s 21 mm oak floorboards finished with the Rubio Monocoat Flamaway System, are granted a European Bfl-s1 fire class certificate. A Bfl-classified fire retardant product has a very minor contribution to fire growth, and does not result in a flashover. WOODlife's 21 mm oak engineered flooring can therefore easily be applied in public buildings, in escape routes and in bedrooms. The Rubio Monocoat Flamaway System consists of a fire retardant primer which is applied in 2 coats, and a fire retardant hardwax oil. The Flamaway System can be applied in any colour desirable.

7. And more  Matching skirting  Engineered stair steps  Wall paneling  Any wood species possible on special request starting from 250 m2 per order.  Decking boards
