How do I use it?  Create a Gmail account  Log into your Gmail account  Access your contacts list

Find a chat buddy  Speech Bubble. Chat in progress  Green Dot. Online and available to chat  Red Dot. Online but busy  Grey Dot. Offline  No Dot. Does not support Gmail Chat

Begin chatting  A message window will be available to type messages  Type your message and press enter  Enjoy you conversation

Chat Options  Record conversations  Go off the record  Block account

Conversation Transcripts  Previous conversations are available for review  Go to your contacts information page  Chat conversations and s are listed in reverse chronological order

Ending Gmail Chat  Close chat windows  Log out of Gmail
