KRAOVER-ALL OBJECTIVES Faith and Spirituality DOPPSA shall ensure that all personnel (administrators, teachers and non-teaching staff) and students live out the DOPPSA vision, mission and core values. Quality and Excellence DOPPSA shall ensure that all personnel possess knowledge, skills and attitudes required of their professions and roles. On the other hand, DOPPSA shall ensure that all students receive the best educational service from the member-schools. Leadership and Governance DOPPSA shall provide concienticized leadership and governance in all member schools Resource Mobilization and Fund Generation DOPPSA shall provide establish partnership with all stakeholders (parents and alumni), business, industry partners and other institutions that support the DOPPSA programs and activities LinkagesDOPPSA shall implement practices involving efficient and effective management of financial and material resources

INTEGRAL EVANGELIZATION KRAACTIVITY: FORMATION OF ADMINISTRATORS, PERSONNEL AND STUDENTS IN THE LIGHT OF NEW EVANGELIZATION Faith and SpiritualityEmphasis of formation programs is diocesan spirituality Quality and ExcellenceThe teachers and personnel witness the diocesan spirituality in their interaction with the students and other stakeholders. Leadership and GovernanceThe administrators practice servant-leadership. Resource Mobilization and Fund Generation Provision for funding by individual schools for the formation program Linkages and DevelopmentLink with MAPSA Integral Evangelization System for the Framework for diocesan spirituality

LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE KRAACTIVITY: REVIEW AND REVISION OF FACULTY MANUAL AND ADMINISTRATION MANUAL Leadership and GovernanceThe committee members are capable of reviewing and revision of the manuals Faith and SpiritualityThe Manuals are to set clear directions for Catholic administrators and personnel, integrating diocesan spirituality and culture of parochial schools Quality and ExcellenceThe Manuals are instruments to provide efficient and effective performance of administrators, faculty, and non- teaching personnel Resource Mobilization and Fund Generation The Manuals explicitly include the policies and procedures on maximizing outputs at minimum cost Linkages and DevelopmentOther references such as Labor Laws, Education Laws, and comments from other experts are considered. The contents of the Manuals are disseminated to member schools

FINANCE KRAACTIVITIES: DEVELOPMENT OF ACCOUNTING MANUAL COMPUTERIZATION OF ACCOUNTING SYSTEM Faith and SpiritualityThe manual ensures that the users practice accountability and transparency Quality and ExcellenceThe services rendered are fast, efficient, and effective. Policies are implemented. A regular audit is conducted. Inventory and warehousing are in place. Leadership and GovernanceA seminar on ACCOUNTING FOR NON-ACCOUNTANTS is given to the school directors and middle administrators Assign qualified finance officers and accounting staff. Networking/ LinkagesBenchmark with schools and organizations that have computerized accounting system Resource Mobilization and Fund Generation Assist the directors on fund generation
