3 OPERATIONAL AIMS – 3 PLATFORMS 1.Development of model solutions towards constant qualifications improvement, including maternity leave 2.Development of comprise solutions aimed at bridging the gap between womens and employers expectations about employment 3.Development of alternative solutions in the field of child care services

Platform 1 – women 1.1 COUNCELLING areas: legal / psychological counselling & career advising recruitment of beneficiaries – from October 2005, starting councelling services – from November 2005, 1.2 TRAININGS FOR WOMEN INTENDING TO REINTEGRATE starting computer courses ( basic computer user, MS Excel) starting interpersonal communication courses, Number of beneficiaries till the middle of June 2006 – 203 persons (including 200 women/ 3 men)
