Who?

Ruth Flood - Strong experience of delivery of business support programmes, around design & creativity. - Former Head of Evidence at UK Design Council (for 7 years). - Awareness of and involvement with policy landscape around creative industries and design. Currently working with E.g. Design Council / Creative Skillset / OECD - Leading research exercises focused on innovation landscape for E.g. Aston University, Department for Energy & Climate Change. Colin McKeown - Over 25 years working at senior levels within the design industry. Undertaken design projects for a range of private and public sector clients, across all sectors including health, finance, retail, education and social projects. - Extensive experience in helping business develop products and services through branding. - Heavily involved in the debate at Government and policy level regarding the importance of the creative industries for economic regeneration and social well being. - Member of the UK Design Alliance Advisory Board. - Chairman of the Northern Ireland Design Alliance. - Industry advisor for Creative and Cultural Skills. - Stem Ambassador for the Design Council, London. - Visiting design lecturer to the University of Ulster.
