7 Future Initiatives Integrate Basic Methods of Instruction into all Officer and NCO courses at ‘Steady State’ (85% and 90% Dec 2012). Introduce Specialist Instructor Courses in Branch School. Work towards instituting qualified instructor rotation plan back to the fielded force to be implemented in Mentoring/Partnering Senior Leadership. –ANATC leadership transition to embrace the Afghan Instructor initiative –RMTC ANA Cdrs and SMAs to conduct joint training through an Advisors Course that will include: –Planning –Assessment of Instruction –Assessing of Instructors
