WHAT PHYSICAL CHANGES OCCUR DURING MIDDLE AGE? Graying and thinning hair, dry or inelastic skin, appearance of wrinkles, sense that require more stimulation, slowing reflexes… geez!!!

HOW ARE COMMON CAUSES OF DEATH LINKED TO YOUNG ADULT LIFESTYLES Can be made worse by the lifestyle choices made during you adulthood Not eating properly or exercising, drugs, alcohol.
