What are we? California’s Official State Visitor Centers They offer valuable information and services for travelers The Center’s are here as a personal travel concierge to assist all aspects of our visitor’s California Trip There are currently 19 California Welcome Centers across California Each promotes their regions as well as the entire state, giving travelers a reason to stay longer in a certain location

Research In a recent survey, 75% of visitors went to local attractions/activities they learned about at the California Welcome Center. 32% changed their travel plans after visiting a California Welcome Center. 19% of visitors surveyed stated they extended their stay by 2.5 days after visiting a California Welcome Center and 40% of the people visiting have not booked their stay prior to arriving. 64% of the respondents said they learned something new about the local area and region by visiting a California Welcome Center. *According to research conducted by the California Tour & Travel Council

Proposal Basic Sponsorship Package: Rack brochure pocket or space for travel guide, within special section, in main information room. This gives more exposure of your promotional piece to our guests and the information is not lost in the large display wall. First referrals to visitors. Includes all specialized bag requests, phone calls and walk-ins. One mounted poster or framed artwork display in the main information room. (provided by sponsor)* Sponsor Weeks. The California Welcome Center Orange County will feature your destination/hotel/business for a specific week. (Company provides collateral, promotional materials and garb.)* Invited to participate in networking and concierge events Social Media Posts (up to 2 each month) Only $1000 per year *Restrictions apply, one year minimum

Fulfillment Opportunity All sponsors will get their information included in the OC Travel Package mailed out by the Welcome Center! Easy and time saving method for consumers to request information from the OCVA website. Distribution from the Center and mailed to the consumer in one Orange County package. Another method of tracking visitor’s information from the OCVA site. Includes packaging, branding and labor. An additional processing fee will be applied to the order and paid by the customer
