QuikTrac 5.5, a validated Motorola Software Solution, allows you to take your Host ERP screens and extend them out to fixed or mobile devices including the Motorola MC9190, MC3100, and MT2000 in FOUR days or less! QuikTrac 5.5 provides you with Real Time data collection utilizing your ERP software out on the shop floor. NO custom programming, NO host modifications, and NO re-loading of any software onto the data collection devices, turning your system into a Virtually Automated Data Collection System! QuikTrac 5.5 is made up of 7 modules. Each module gives you the flexibility to customize any possible Data Collection Scenario to suite your business needs. These modules are: 1. Development Modules (I-Series and/or Application Interface (AI)) 2. QuikTrac Manager 3. QuikTrac Service 4. Printing Module 5. Off Line Data Collection Module 6. Reports Module 7. Mobile Module

 Development Module allows you or your client to design screens and navigations for you data collection device.  I-Series Developer provides Screen Integration Technology as well as connections to ODBC data sources.  AI Developer works with connections to ODBC data sources.  Roll out updates without touching devices, there is no reloading of the software on the devices, nor alterations to make on the Host. 1. Development Module

2. QuikTrac Manager:  The QuikTrac Manager is the traffic cop of the system.  Tracks all terminals through their IP addresses. Each scanner receives its own session to the host with the QuikTrac Manager keeping the information to each device in order.  Know who signed in on what terminal and at what time they signed on.  Options for different network via port numbers

3. QuikTrac Service:  Running as a service, QuikTrac provides each scanner with its own session to the hosts.  Allows QuikTrac to be run on a PC, Server or on a Virtual Machine.  Stable solution easily supported by your IT department.

4. Print Module:  Print Module allows you to create a label file using a GUI interface.  Generate labels from any transaction using information already entered.  Prompt the operator for a label quantity to print, or set a default quantity to print. This is useful in a receiving transaction for printing multiple labels for multiple pallets received.  Print labels to a network printer or even a portable printer attached right to the terminal.

5. Off Line Data Collection Module:  Allows you to run 24/7  The OLDC Module is set up to allow the users to continue doing data collection and validation to a local data base when the host is not available.  3 Off Line Modes include: Timed, Ping, and Manual allowing you to define how offline is used.  Validation of data is done at a local level against a customer specified downloaded database  Uploads to the host automatically, in the order you specify.

6. Reports Module:  QuikTrac Report Module simplifies running Crystal Reports from your devices.  Allowing printing reports from mobile or stationary devices.  Saves time and mistakes by using information already entered.  Print and reprint sending reports to any printers or departments as needed.

7. Mobile Module:  Mobile devices connect real time or in stand alone mode.  Application/validation can be done at the device level.  Develop and deploy your application in hours  Connection to host via: Cellular Cellular WIFI WIFI Cradle Cradle
