7. XAudit LE Pull Printing (Follow You)
Xerox MFPs that support the EIP framework, allow for print job selection during the Pull Printing (Follow You) print process.
The EIP Print Release application allow users to submit prints to a “hold queue” where jobs remain securely stored until the user is ready to “release” by logging into the MFP.
This allows for confidential documents to be printed only when the user is ready to pick them up, reducing security vulnerabilities
This system can be used to reduce the number of unnecessary prints, by ensuring the users can only release their jobs if they are ready and standing at the printer. This results in a savings of up to 30%.
