Japanese cuisine is one of the most harmonious in the world Japanese cuisine is one of the most harmonious in the world. It urprises with its diversity, naturalness and benefits for the body. A noble variety of fish and seafood is a basis of Japanese meals, because they are rich in vitamins and amino acids.

In Japan, the staple food is rice and fish In Japan, the staple food is rice and fish. Japanese prefer sticky and highly tenderized rice, because eat it with chopsticks is very easy. There is a very special delicacy dish of fish fugu Japanese cuisine - fugusashi. This is a very beautiful and totally unique dish. It is made from a small fugu fish. and red pepper. Pearlescent slices of fried or raw fugu, stack on a round platter and eat, dipping the slices in a mixture of soy sauce, grated radish and red pepper.
