4 JAPANESE SUSHI One of the most well-known food in Japan
Made up with rice and various sweetened vinegar mixture Combined with vegetables, meat or raw fish Raw fish is fermented in salt then eat with seasoned rice Kappa-maki (cucumber roll) ,shrimp sushi, tekka-maki (raw tuna roll, futo-maki (thick roll)

5 JAPANESE BREAKFAST Consist of miso soup, steam rice and side dishes
Miso soup is soy bean paste cook and boiled Side dishes can be a rolled omelet

Osechi-ryori dishes In boxes called Jubako which means happiness, good health, long life etc.. Cooking done by new year's eve and eats until Jan.3 Osechi dishes such as Datemaki, tazukuri
