Description of Service Northshore Sports Training is a sports training center in St. Tammany Parish. We offer Training in football, basketball, and golf to kids from the ages 7 to 15. We run our football and basketball programs out of Pelican Park and we run our golf program in a wide varieties of golf courses in St. Tammany Parish.

Qualifications of Owners Matt Davenport is one of the three founders, owners, and trainers at Northshore Sports Training. Matt is the golf trainer at Northshore Sports and he has competed in many tournaments around the St. Tammany Parish area. Connor Larche is the second of the three founders, owners, and trainers at Northshore Sports. Connor is our basketball trainer and he has been playing the game for many years. Connor knows how to develop a good basketball player. Josh Fourtunia is the last of three founders, owners, and trainers at Northshore sports. Josh is our football trainer. Josh has many years of experience in watching and playing football so he knows what to look for in a kid when training him.

Market Plan and Analysis Northshore Sports Training runs its business out of St. Tammany Parish, which has a little over 28, year old kids in St.Tammany Parish. 32% of the people living in St.Tammany Parish are married with kids under the age of 18 and the are living under households. 36% of the people of the people that have children at least have one the parents working, then 64% of the people that have children have both parents working. This is our targeted market inside of St. Tammany Parish, we are at least trying to attract a good percentage of this population in St. Tammany Parish.

Market Plan and Analysis As far as our pricing goes we have individual lessons for basketball and golf, and we run camps for all three of the sports. We have two ways to do the individual lessons you can call and set up for $35.00 or we offer a membership of $75.00 for one individual person or $ for the family package which is two kids or more. For our camps you pay $ for one person and $ for the family package. Those camps take one month, five days a week in the summer for each individual sport. For our individual lessons we do golf on the weekends anytime of the year and for basketball we do the same only we offer lessons on Thursday and Friday nights.

Competitive Analysis Our competition is very competitive in St. Tammany Parish since we have so many of these sports clinics in St. Tammany Parish. Our two big main competitors for golf our Abita Springs Golf Club and the Covington Golf Club. Abita Springs charges between 35 and 40 dollars for one lesson. The Covington Golf Club charges $50.00 for one lesson, which to us is very unreasonable. We charge $35.00 for one lesson or we offer our membership.

Competitive Analysis For our basketball and football programs we compete with Northshore Basketball and Kurt Hester. Northshore Basketball charges $ to $ for a camp in the summer, again we charge $ for one person and $ for the family package. Kurt Hesters charges $ for a three month camp. The thing with Hesters is they concentrate on the conditioning for football, we concentrate on the fundamentals during our camps.

Financials Northshore Financial plan has a start up cost of $11,000. Since we operate out of Pelican Park we don’t have to pay for a building, we have to pay Pelican Park a lease of $ Our payroll is $6,500. Our revenue for this past year was close to 2 million dollars from our entry fee, generous donations, and contributions. Our revenue looks to grow in the years to come.

Future of Northshore Sports Training We are looking to increase our revenue in the years to come to hire more trainers to increase the number of sports we offer. We are also trying to get our own facilities to run out of. Plus we are going to upgrade our equipment in the near future to the best equipment in the business.
