Naval Support Activity South Potomac Military Construction Updates P222 Goddard Plant/Steam Decentralization : Commissioning of new primary and secondary nodal plants started in April and continue into Summer. Project is on schedule for switching over to new system in Summer 2015 and start demolition of Goddard Fall P162 Agile Chemical Facility: The $31M project at Indian Head centralizes production of nitrate esters making the process more efficient, safer, and environmentally friendly. Work is progressing but estimated completion date is under review to ensure the project will meet the needs of the customer once the plant is up and running. 7

Naval Support Activity South Potomac Military Construction Updates P-372 Physical Fitness Center : We will cut a ribbon on the new 29,000 square foot facility on June 19. The event will include a health fair, tours of the facility and free classes. The new fitness center replaces the old 21,000 square foot facility built in P-290 Upgrade Cruiser/Destroyer Training Facility : The $12M project at Dahlgren was awarded constructs an additional 27,000 square feet to the existing training facility, which currently is overutilized and does not meet the current demand for training space. Estimated completion date is August
