23 Accomplishments  Introduced comprehensive approach to emergency management  College emergency plan translated to MEMS model; plan being developed for Black Mountain  Business Continuity Plan under development using district template  First drill scheduled for later this month

25  Open Black Mountain campus  Procure FF&E for and move into Life Sciences building  Paint exterior of all or part of existing campus  Complete FY10 budget development  Close FY09 financials and open FY10  Secure Governing Board approval for next steps of “Q” design and construction and complete Schematic Design and Design Development phases  Begin planning for KSC remodel and expansion  Replace old and increase the number of CCTV’s on campus  Hire Coordinator for Marketing
