Formal Lab Write-Up Specifications

 Title your lab write up.  Identify the Objective(s) / Goal(s) that you were addressing in your laboratory activity.  Clearly state your hypothesis  Identify Materials that you used and the quantities.

 Describe the Procedure that you followed during the lab. Specify how each material was used.  Organize your Data in a logical manner. Make sure that you include S.I. units (Ex: meters, milliliters, etc.)

 Draw your Conclusions based on your data.  Identify any Problems that you may have encountered in your lab activity.  Describe any Revisions that you would make when replicating the lab.
