5 What types of clothing and accessories are NOT permitted? Articles with language or images that are vulgar, discriminatory, or obscene That which promotes illegal or violent conduct such as the unlawful use of weapons, drugs, alcohol, or tobacco That which contains threats such as gang symbols or suggests gang affiliation... Clothing that is excessively tight or exposes cleavage, midriff, tube tops, halter tops, backless blouses, see-through garments Undergarments, sagging, low-cut pants, pants with slits above the fingertips (even with leggings underneath) Studded accessories

11 All students who take property that is not theirs WILL receive disciplinary action at the discretion of the principal. Theft = 1 to 10 days Suspension & Restitution IF it is not yours, don’t touch it! This includes but is not limited to bookbags, calculators, food, technological items, etc. …

12 COMPUTER USE All students must sign a PWCS computer use form before they are permitted to use a PWCS computer Consequences for violation range from suspension of computer use to OSS

13 Weapons Use or Possession day OSS – Informal Hearing with the Principal - Possible Recommendation for Expulsion- Report to Police Included but not limited to a gun, look-alike gun, object that propels ammunition, knife, or any object used with the intention of threat or harm

15 Assault on a student Includes physical or verbal assault, and written or verbal threat (such as on My Space) Up to 10 day OSS May recommend expulsion Report to police
