 Research on the best software that suits your preference. I recommend Adobe Dreamweaver as that is what I’m using to create my website.

 A lot of internet providers give out free hosting space. I recommend Yahoo Web Hosting or Google Drive as they are safe and well known companies providing free hosting space. Some companies will begin to charge if you bypass their file size limit.

 Use your preferred software to create your website. You don’t need to create the whole thing at once as the website can be edited and uploaded later.

 These are the programs are used to upload information to servers.  You must make sure to check with your web host to make sure that they support FTP.

 Follow the on-screen instructions to install the FTP application.  You may need to get information from your web host such as the FTP name needed. They may also have specifics as to where and how to save your website files.

 Enter the username and password for the server that has been given to you by your web host.  If you aren’t certain about this information then contact your web host.

 The left side of the application will contain the files on your computer.  The right pane is a view of the server. You must create a folder in the right pane for your website pages.  Click on the appropriate files in the left pane and click on the left pane and press the upload button.

 If it didn’t upload properly then you may need to repeat the FTP transfer or upload process.
