Film director Nature of work- film directors are the authors of a film. They translate script so it can be understood on stage through motion as well as words. Film directors make story boards that explain what happens where. Working conditions- minimum salaries, hours of work and other conditions of employment can be covered in collective bargaining agreements between producers and unions representing workers.
