To Forward Calls to an External Number

Enter the IP Address of the Phone system and press Enter To Find your IP Address 1)Press Menu 2)Dial 96 3)Press button in center of circle on lower right side of phone 4) The number next to system is the IP Address 5) Press Speaker button

1) Enter your extension Number 2) Enter your password (Default password is 1111)

1) Change Forward Type to All Calls 2) Enter 9 + The number you want to Forward calls to. This is forward outside calls to you External number. 3) Enter 9 + The number you want to Forward calls to. This is forward Intercom calls to you External number. (If you don’t want internal calls going to your external number don’t put anything in this field). To turn off forwarding, change Forward Type to No Call Forward. Follow Steps 4 & 5 4) Click Apply 5) Logout If you don’t Logout, the changes will not take effect and you will not be able to log back in again. The system will have to be rebooted.
