We need to have an orientation about the stakeholders that should be included in these networks. The activities of the network are described under Action B1 of the proposal. Its core objective is to receive the stakeholders’ comments and requirements regarding the content and the information provided by the Cost/ Benefit analysis of the Flood Prevention Measures. DELIVERABLES: - Consultation Plan - Stakeholders’ Questionnaire for the consultation process - Report on Stakeholders’ views

Methodology for the Identification of the relevant Stakeholders Social Agents Nominations among social agents Research path  Technique that helps identifying stakeholders.  Increases the number of participants during the process.  Determines unknown stakeholders. Snowball sampling Snowball sampling is not a stand-alone tool; It is a method for selecting participants and then using other tools, such as interviews or surveys. Interviews through standardised questionnaires. Well established method, widely used to gather comparable information from the source.

Stakeholders’ Spectrum

To visualise and characterise groups of stakeholders in an holistic manner. Helps organising basic data gathered from stakeholders through other methodologies such Snowball sampling or interviews. This well established technique allows, among other things, the identification of these stakeholders that are better connected, the kind of connection among the stakeholders, relationships with the Administrations, etc.
