PARAGRAPH This risotto recipe is a very nutritious dish. This dish is going to make you very full, because all of the vegetables have a fullness factor of over 4.0. The advantages of a dish having a high fullness level are that you won’t be able to eat a lot of it. Not eating a lot of this dish, or any food, will mean less calories as well as, you will be eating more nutritiously. If you are eating a bag of chips, or a piece of candy for example, you will probably have to eat 1/3 more then what you would have to eat if you were eating the risotto dish. Foods that have less fat in it as well, are also the foods that are more nutritious, and the foods that will give you a better fullness factor; making you eat less. Also, this dish is loaded with lots of vitamins and minerals, giving you the right nutrition for your body. Your body needs vitamins and minerals so that you’re bones and even your whole body can function properly. Vitamins and minerals are essential to your bodies’ health because it helps your body make a lot of important chemical reactions. Vitamins and minerals are also essential for your cells and your organs. Another important thing about this dish is that it is very low in calories. Although you need a certain amount of calories every day, these calories that this risotto dish is giving you, are very nutritious calories. All of the vegetables in the dish don’t have any fat in them, leaving the risotto to give you a little tiny fat, so that your body can have some fat. Fat can be essential to your body because it keeps us warm and it is our second source of energy. We hoped that you learned a lot about this dish, and also that you liked it as well.
