Self-Regenerative Systems (SRS) PI Meeting Alexandria, Virginia December 14-15, 2005

General Information Locations –Registration – Outside Juniper Room –Breakfast/Breaks – Arbors Room –Lunch – Arbors Room –Restrooms – Toward Arbors Room, turn right Schedule –45 minutes total time for presentations (Except for Red Team presentations) –40 minutes for presentations –5 Minutes for questions and change speakers –Everyone must cooperate if we’re to stay on schedule –Breaks may not start on time, but they’ll end on time. Agenda Notes: –Jim McDonald (Kestrel) will give a talk showing how to rapidly synthesize alternative communication strategies if a window of opportunity opens.

General Information Meeting Etiquette –Cell Phones - Please! - “Off” or “Vibrate” (Technology shouldn’t subvert good manners). –Private conversations during presentations can be distracting to those in the vicinity…please take conversations outside. –When you leave the room (or come back in) please try to be as quiet as possible. Parking Tickets can be validated by concierge in office outside meeting room door. Please get me soft copies of your presentations, sanitized for public release and without proprietary markings.
