2. Did you sign in? It is very important to DIMACS to be able to give an accurate report of our participant count to our sponsors. Please take a minute to visit our registration table to sign in if you haven’t already done so. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

3. Parking Permits: If you have not already done so, please obtain a parking permit at the registration table.

4. Refreshments: If provided, breakfast, breaks and lunch are served in the lounge, room 401.

5. Wireless access: If you would like access to the wireless network, please see Walter Morris in room 427 or Nicole Clark in room 406.

6. Need to check up on things? Computers are available to check email in the computer lab, room 440. The login and password are on the whiteboard in the lab.

7. Planes, trains and automobiles: Please consult the transportation guide in your workshop folder for local transportation information. See Nicole Clark, the DIMACS Workshop Coordinator (room 406), if you need additional assistance.

8. Cell phones: As a courtesy to others, please turn your cell phones off or switch them to vibrate.

9. Reimbursements: If you are receiving travel support from DIMACS, please see Nicole Clark (rm 406), our Workshop Coordinator, for a reimbursement form. If you have questions concerning the processing of your reimbursement, please see Stacey Porter (rm 412), our Financial Assistant.
