 Program that retrieved data from MSS based on a completion date  Scheduled task that ran at night, so PAS were always a day behind MSS Authorizations  Alerts in Gatekeeper indicated when MSS data was waiting to be applied  Reduced county staff duplication of data entry

Some of the challenges with this process were  Raw data would sometimes need adjusted  Plan dates did not always match Similar process to import CCT data for TDD Authorizations is available  Challenges still occur due to several recent CCT changes

 Program that brings down data from PAWS based on the PAWS enrollment date  Services will be in summary form  No overnight process is required  2 ways to pull the data o Scheduled task o PAWS Download from DODD button

 Scheduled task can be set up to run multiple times per day  Alerts will indicate to the user that there is data waiting to be applied  New Window allows user to apply all data in one action  Reduces county staff duplication of data entry

 Waiver Funding sources will need to have all waiver summary codes added as a service code  Only services provided by County Boards will require updates when rates change  Limits and Years still required  PSI will create these service codes and they will be included in the release

 All PAS reports  All Fiscal Year Cost reports  All Calendar Year Cost reports  Most Cost Report reports  Many others, including Demographics reports

 Reports will no longer have the discrete code detail  Voucher History file imports will no longer work in the current state  OhioDD.com users will no longer see discrete codes and as revisions are done, they will see updated utilization  Advisor users who download PAS from OhioDD.com will no longer get discrete codes
