9. Who pays for CCP? College provides IRN they think will pay
ODE will use this IRN only if the SSID not found enrolled anywhere in Ohio
If the student is enrolled, will switch IRN to where they are enrolled
If more than one LEA has the student enrolled as of the course census date, LEA EMIS data used to determine who pays

10. Breaking Ties If only one LEA has, they pay
PS sent reason on FS, or
PS course enrollment reported
If both or neither have, then payment is split
Split is based on the overall percent of time split between the LEAs
Split shows up in the number of semester hours

11. Not enrolled on census date?
If no one has enrolled on census date, look for enrollments within 90 days
Summer courses paid by the next district

Payment Timeline
ODE pays colleges based on approved courses by January 31 and July 31.
Data loaded into ODDEX
Data reported to Ohio Department of Higher Education
Schools have 45 days to approve or flag the student data reported by the college.
Appeal window planned for September 17-Oct 5

Payments will reflect the following:
July 2018 – Spring ‘18 courses
January 2019 – Summer and Fall ‘18 courses
Courses reported by Fiscal Year.
Clean-up payments between July and January possible.
Adjustments from prior year data possible.
