Why Use Book Vouchers?  E-Learning Sullivan University students receiving financial aid have the option to purchase their books through the Online Bookstore with a book voucher instead of cash.

Preliminary Steps Once the student has completed registration and obtained their textbook titles and prices, the book voucher form can be completed. Follow the directions on the form (The form can be found on Sullivan’s Student Portal. The form is under Online Classes and the Purchase textbooks page. The link for the book voucher is in the second section)

Book Voucher Complete…Now What? Once the Book Voucher Request Form has been completed and submitted to the Financial Planning Office, the office will process your request within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation once your request is processed. The student’s access code will be in the e- mail and will be required to log into the online bookstore.
