Bookstore:
An Access Code is included in a package available for purchase at the bookstore. You will redeem the code during the registration process.

Use a Credit Card or PayPal account to purchase instant access online during the registration process.
I mentioned that you need to purchase access to MyCarpentryLab to get started. You can visit the bookstore after class where your instructor has made a package available for purchase. Included in that package is an Access Code you can redeem during the registration process. OR you can skip the access code and go directly to and purchase instant access during the registration process with a credit card or PayPal account.

4. Step 1: Obtain a Course Invite Link from your professor
Step 1: Obtain a Course Invite Link from your professor. You may receive this via from your instructor, on your syllabus, or through class set up materials. It looks something like this: Step 2: Enter this link into your web browser.
Note to presenter: Students, your first step is to Go to and then Under the large Register section on the right side of the page, and click the Student button.

5. Step 3: If you already have a Username and Password for another Pearson technology (ie. MyMathLab), go ahead and sign in. If you do not have one, you’ll need to create one using a valid that you check regularly, like your school address.

6. Step 4: Once you’ve sign in, or created your Pearson account, you’ll immediately be directed to your REVEL account. Here you’ll see your course appear.

7. Step 5: And that’s all. Throughout the semester, please log onto to access REVEL. Remember to use the same username and password to logon.
