How to Dress For The Interview  Dress for the interview, not a party.  The interview should focus on what you have to say, not your appearance. Don’t wear something that will distract.  A smile, a firm handshake, and a positive attitude make a good first impression.

What should women wear? Dress up, not down A jacket with a matching skirt or pants Colors: black, navy blue, charcoal gray, brown or tan -Or- A business dress with matching jacket -- No party or sun dresses

What should men wear?  Single breasted suit with two to three buttons  Button top two buttons  Colors: Charcoal gray, navy blue

Grooming Tips for Men and Women  Clean hair and nails; no perfumes or colognes; no body piercing and cover tattoos; wear deodorant; brush teeth – “Yuck!”  Women, avoid excessive makeup, go for the natural look.
