FY 2011 CDBG 3/15/2011 Activity Must Meet One (only one) of the National Objectives  Low to moderate Income Benefit- area wide, limited clientele  Prevention or elimination of slums and blight.  Urgent Need Activity must result in a complete, stand-alone project resulting in a “benefit.”
