6 Registration of a Used Vehicle brought into Malta from an EU Country Old Procedure 1. Client comes to LTD and waits for an average of 30 mins 2. Presents relative documentation and a file is opened 4.Client is given an appointment for the vehicle to be inspected 5.On appointment day client goes with the car and performs an inspection 6.The following day client comes to LTD to register the vehicle and pays the Registration Tax 7.The following day the client collects the plates

Movement of over 50 files daily from one unit to another and vice versa 3. Files sometimes lost or stuck in backlog process 4. Clients coming to LTD with missing documents 5. Queuing time

9 Registration of a Used Vehicle brought into Malta from an EU Country New Procedure 1. Client phones ADT and makes an appointment 2. ADT informs the client with all the procedure 3. Client takes the vehicle for an inspection 4. On the same day client comes to LTD to register the vehicle 5. Pays the Registration tax, waits for mins and collects the plates
