My healthy lifestyle ;) What you should do for healthy life? See it!

Sport is very important in life. Every person can choose discipline depending on the skills and preferences. The movement is to prevent obesity and defects of the spine. It’s good to train regularly and appropriately to the pros and cons of your body. Sport is very important in life. Every person can choose discipline depending on the skills and preferences. The movement is to prevent obesity and defects of the spine. It’s good to train regularly and appropriately to the pros and cons of your body.

Very famous in this times are McDonald’s or KFC. But not always food in this places is heathly. People should eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and less pork. We shouldn’t use of sparkling drink drink and artificially flavored.

It is very important adequate sleep and rest, because then the body gains strength and energy. We should sleep at least eight hours. During sleep we can release stress. Toolittle sleep causes vario us abnormalities in development and growing up.

We need to take care of our health and teeth. To take care of our teeth, you should eat plenty of calcium and wash them often, and going to the dentist to control and limit the consumption of sweets. We should also go to the doctor and attend to our clothes and hygiene. During the summer, choose bright and light clothes, and warm in winter and thick.

We must go to doctor, not just when we need it, but to control our health. We should eat healthy food ( many fruits and vegetables). A few times in week train (running, swimming). Sleep at least eight hours! It’s very important! Attend to hygiene.
