Q. What does it mean to be healthy? Why should you care about your health? A. Being healthy means to have a balanced body, mind and spirit. Caring about your health means to take care of your body and mind. If you don’t take care of your health, you could get sick. Q. What activities do you do to stay healthy? A. To keep physically healthy and fit, I play soccer, karate, swimming and running. To keep my mind healthy, I play the piano and read books. Q. How can an unhealthy lifestyle (poor sleep, unhealthy diet, lack of exercise, etc.) affect you? A. Having an unhealthy lifestyle can make you: -depressed -tired -not focused -sad -overweight -moody Q. What does it mean to have a healthy diet? A. Having a healthy diet means to eat lots of foods like fruits and vegetables. Follow the food pyramid to make sure you eat well. You can have sometimes food like chocolate, ice-cream and cheese.
