Do Now On a sheet of paper to turn in: 1)Write your name at the top. 2)Write the following question: Which is more destructive – - - a tornado or a hurricane? 3)Write your answer. 4)Turn into your teacher.

Tornado or Hurricane? 1) Log into Haiku and go to Friday’s page. 2) Download the Tornado or Hurricane Chart. 3) Complete the chart as a poster on the copy paper given to you. Choose one partner to work with. 4) When finished with the poster add both names to the back of the poster. 5) Retrieve your initial Do Now response from your teacher. Complete the following on your sheet of notebook paper below your initial response to the Do Now: Draw a line below your first response. Write a 4-6-sentence paragraph answering the question, which is more destructive- tornado or hurricane? Support your answer using specific information and numbers from the chart. 6) Turn into your teacher for a grade!
