Activity 1.3 Communications U.S. Coordination To enhance communication capabilities and foster international cooperation and trade between members of the OAS through the SIM time and frequency comparison network. The network is expected to eventually grow to include all SIM laboratories who maintain a national time and frequency standard. It allows all participating nations to see at a glance how close their national time standard is to the time standards of other participating Includes: U.S., Mexico, Canada, Panama, Brazil, Costa Rica and Columbia Paper presented at 2006 Metrology Symposium hosted by CENAM
