Review past lessons –parts of face – check past homework 2. See video clip 3.Song / video clip What Makes You Beautiful by One Direction 4. Give lyrics to the song and have them find and underline the word - beautiful. 5. Show faces from my well-loved vogue magazine - and have them simply tell me if the face is - beautiful or ugly

6. teach the new words – beautiful, ugly, blonde, long, short, wavy, straight, wide, and thin 7. Copy from the board the new words into their personal dictionaries 8. Computer programs to review words vocabulary lists – parts of the face 9. Game – find the face

10. reading and listening game for the higher level students summary - each student will tell me one new word they learned 12. Homework - computer program - A game to practice the parts of the face and descriptions game.html game.html And song - Marry You ( it's a beautiful night) -to hear and list three new words

21 st century literacy skills: Media and information literacy And Independent learning (media and information literacy, communication skills, problem solving, collaboration, independent learning) Added value of integrating ICT in the lesson: Motivating – the students love one direction And differentiation – gives them to hear and see someone else use the new words Pupil activity after the lesson: Review of material in a fun manner on the computer at home, and continuing the sites We did in class And find on the you tube the new song And hopefully with their mother ( most mothers love this song) Link to the activity See above
