Western Balkan Countires have a very favorable geographical, climatic, hydrological and ecological conditions and physico-chemical characteristics of watercourses for intensive production of freshwater fish.  20,000 km of rivers and streams (Sava km; Drina km, Bosna km; Vrbas km; Una km)  400 ha of lakes (Buško, Visegrad, Jablanica, Modrac)  1400 ha of sea
